From larger events like award ceremonies, birthday parties, religious occasions, and retirement parties, to smaller events like family dinners, meetings and client events, there’s room for any kind of celebration at Sunningdale Golf & Country Club. Our Catering Team will work with you to design a Food & Beverage package that will complement any occasion. 

Boardroom: Seats up to 10 people for corporate meetings. Equipped with a projector and screen, accompanied by great views of the driving range.

Medway Room: With spectacular views of the Medway Valley, this room offers a quaint and intimate space perfect for small gatherings. It can accommodate up to 40 people for private seated dinners. We can configure tables to your liking depending on your group size, for a bridal or baby shower, birthday dinner, or anniversary celebration.

Thompson Hall: Ideal for functions ranging from 20 to 200 guests. With multiple room configurations available, Thompson Hall can suit a variety of functions from small business meetings to your large corporate gala. Thompson Hall is equipped with Apple Play and Chromecast for all your wireless presentation needs. It is a superb venue for any large function including birthdays, celebrations of life, holiday parties, and more.
