Job Description/Summary below

  • Member Relations: Build strong, personal relationships with members to understand their preferences and provide best in class experiences that keep members and their guests always coming back.
  • Team Leadership: Hire, train, schedule, and mentor service staff (Supervisors, servers, bartenders) to deliver consistent, high-level service.  Create a great environment all staff wish to belong with positivity and high energy.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the daily setup, service, and breakdown of all dining areas, including the main dining room, bar, and patio. Immediately resolve any service concerns with diplomacy and grace.
  • Financial Performance: Manage labor costs, control food and beverage costs (monitoring inventory and minimizing waste), and participate in budgeting and reporting.
  • Quality Control: Maintain immaculate cleanliness and organizational standards in all front-of-house and back-of-house areas. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Event Coordination: Collaborate with the culinary team and catering department to execute member events, tournaments, and holiday buffets flawlessly.
Qualifications
  • Proven track record in team building, staff training, and performance management.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of supervisor and/or management experience in high-end dining, hospitality, or a private club environment.
  • Strong financial acumen, including experience inventory management, and POS systems (e.g., Jonas).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Open to feedback and ability to provide feedback in a caring manner.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on club activity while still maintaining a good work-life balance.
  • Relevant certifications Smart Serve.
